Understanding Trauma & PTSD

What is Trauma and PTSD?

Trauma is a response to distressing events, which can lead to lasting emotional effects. When trauma persists, it may develop into Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), characterised by intrusive memories, heightened anxiety, and emotional numbness.
